Also you may want to check to see if your printer is set to "vector" or "raster" images. Some higher end printers have this option and if it's not set to "raster" you may have problems...

Those photos show just how great that product is. Do you have any expansions in mind for it?

Thanks! I'm glad you like it!
I'd like to do a space set. But beyond a few different star fields, asteroids, meteor showers, satellites, warp gates, defensive grids, space junk/ship debris, small moons, and time/space anomalies, I'm having a hard time making it as jam packed as the first set of Battle Tiles. It just seems that I should have more layers than those I just listed...
I also want to make a dungeon/cavern set. I haven't decided if it will be two different sets or just one (probably just one). And in the same idea of a combo set, I'd also like to do a sci-fi set of machine/spaceship corridors and rooms with military, space pirate/junker, and alien environments.

Hello, I am new to your forum and I just purchased this set. It is looking really good. I have a question about possible updates for this. What are the chances you could make shorelines in the different terrain textures for both shallow and deep water as well as turning a layer on for bridges when a road crosses a river? By shorelines, I mean half hexes with the water on one half. This way I could have a beach assault. I would be willing to buy this again if it had these things added. That seems to be the only drawback to the set. Keep up the good work. here's hoping. Thanks for listening.

That seems to be the only drawback to the set. Keep up the good work. here's hoping. Thanks for listening. Thanks for picking it up! Those are some great suggestions and I'll definitely keep them in mind for future Hex Grid: Battle Tile sets. For shore lines I just use the edge of the hex as a the shore line, but I see what you mean. By having a shore line layer, it would allow for straighter shore lines. For bridges I purposely ordered the road and river layers so that paved roads were always on top of rivers. For bridges with the dirt roads you can print a section of straight paved road and cut it out to use as a bridge. Not as elegant as having in print out with the river tile, but it would give you the option of removing the bridge piece should it get destroyed. Thanks again for picking up Hex Grid: Battle Tiles and please post pictures of your tiles in action!

I just wanted to let everyone who picked up Hex Grid: Battle Tiles that I've applied an update to realign the 1 Inch Hexagon Grid Layers. This update eliminates the need for the 1 Inch "flipped" layers and makes it easier to match neighboring tiles. To apply this update you just have to go to the Hex Grid: Battle Tiles product page LINK, log in, and download another copy. If you have any questions about this update please let me know.
