Well here's the last lot - my suggestions for Mech design. So why change the rules? Well I wanted to have Ultra Heavy Mechs! Big and shiny stompy stomp! However I wanted them to be pricey (as I mentioned in my Vehicle Design thread, Uber units should become more and more expensive). Actually, I'd take this further and limit Ultra Heavy Mechs in the game through scenario rules or even via a randomiser. I've given Heavy and Ultra Heavy Mechs a Base Bp score suggesting how expensive these units are (hopefully putting players off just going for the big stuff and forcing more tactical thinking). Other than that the main difference between Heavy and Ultra Heavy Mechs is that UH Mechs have increased hardpoints and they're slower.

Weapons : Mechs may only hold weapons equal to or less than their type (ie light mechs can only hold light weapons).
Cargo Bay : +1 BP for 1 Troop capacity / only available to Heavy and Ultra Heavy Mechs / Max +2 BP
