Nice little battle report. The size of the playing field does determine how soon the action starts. If you are playing a simple "destroy the other side" type of game, I found that a layout that gives only 1 turn of maneuvering before the action starts is perfect. Terrain placement can make a big difference too.

Great write-up... Thanks for taking the time to do that. I'm anxious to hear what you have to say about larger games, I think you'll find that it scales pretty well once you have the basic mechanics down.

Very nice little battle report.
It certainly seems to cover most aspects of game play for those who are new to Mech Attack.

Many thanks for the battle report. I was particularly intrigued that it was a solo game. Did you develop some solo rules of your own ? Is so could you please share them ?
