With the new release of Armor Grid: Mech Factory - Battle Colors, we have seven different colors of miniatures, but no uncolored set. Would you like to see an uncolored set of miniatures included so that you can color your own miniatures? Or would you rather see more color options, so that you don't have to create your own?

I would like the uncolored models, but mostly because my printer is unreliable printing color. Most of my rulebooks turn out sort of pink. That and I have kids and friends that will color them for me rather nicely.

I haven't voted yet. I am really pondering this. The positive to the uncolored set is you can color it any way you see fit. The downside... you have to color it! ON THE OTHER HAND: The positive to colored sets is you have the colors there to choose from. That is great, and with 7 colors, there should be SOMETHING there that appeals to you if not at least in part. The downside to colored sets is that if you want to have a specific color, then it may not be one of the ones produced. (Tell me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember seeing a yellow set in the Mech Factory). Another downside to the colored sets is that each color requires more work... more layers and that generally means more time to release a new set. I think that you can't please everyone, and by posting this poll, it shows how much you care about the opinion of the masses. That is awesome. I think that even if you offered your sets in 16 different colors, there would be someone that would want a set in pink! I will have to wait to see what I finally decide. For now, I choose to hold off on making a rash decision. (I guess since today was Election Day, I am through making decisions tonight).

Tell me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember seeing a yellow set in the Mech Factory No yellow, but there is desert tan. No self-respecting army would be pink! New House Rule: "Anyone fielding a pink army has to reduce all their Tp Values to a score of 1."

The upside to piloting a pink mech is that NOBODY is going to steal it

I suppose a seperate set of color-your-own units might not be a bad idea... Instead of mixing them in with the color sets.

If I remember correctly, according to BattleTech storylines, Natasha Kerensky piloted a PINK Highlander.
But then again, MECH ATTACK isn't BATTLETECH any more than a thick juicy steak is a hamburger! (Mech Attack is the steak, in case there was any confusion).
