Traditional Miniatures and Traditional Basing

I was looking for some small modern minis (3mm from PicoArmor) to play the role of the military for Giant Monster Rampage, and I thought they may be able to pass for SciFi vehicles. Then I saw that Iron Wind Metals recently put out BattleForce scale mech minis (~1/2 size of regular BT minis).

What if I combined the new mech minis with the PicoArmor vehicles for microMech Attack?

Now THAT'S a good idea... You could have ranges that were a little more realistic and everything would be a lot more portable. I'll have to check that out, I hadn't heard anything about the smaller scale... thanks.
